BIO

I am an IFBB Women’s Physique Pro residing in Calgary, Alberta. The last fifteen plus years of my life have been dedicated to fitness both personally and professionally. I have had a successful competitive career beginning in 2007. I have many wins to my credit at the divisional, provincial and national level in both Canada and the US in both lightweight and middleweight women’s bodybuilding and more recently in Women’s Physique. In 2015, I became the first Women’s Physique competitor in Canadian history to capture both the Open and Master’s Overall Titles at the Canadian Nationals earning me not one but two IFBB Pro Cards. Since then I have had consistent strong showings in all the IFBB Pro Shows I have competed in.

 

I have been personal training full time for over 8 years. I have a Physical Education Diploma, a Business Degree specializing in Sport and Recreation as well as countless other industry specific certifications. I have worked extensively with a wide range of clients but my purpose and passion always came full circle back to the competition stream. I have experience working with both male and female clients in almost all physique disciplines from the divisional through to the National Level.

 

I am very excited to now focus more exclusively on guiding aspiring physique athletes to stage. In my role as a Freak Fitness FPS Prep Coach, I can use my extensive experience, effective training methods, no nonsense personality and desire to help each athlete find their unique motivation ensures the personal success of each athlete.

Freak Physique System (FPS)

The FPS program has proven to be one of the most effective ways to prepare for bodybuilding, physique, women’s figure, fitness, bikini, and fitness modeling competitions, helping Freak Fitness clients earn hundreds and hundreds of physique competition top–3 awards, from Novice to Professional level, and multiple IFBB Pro cards.

Based on the information you provide in a comprehensive questionnaire regarding your competition goals, health history, lifestyle, personal preferences, and equipment available to you, Julie then prepares a complete individualized plan for you to take it to the stage – in the best shape of your life!

Julie provides a customized start up diet and supplement plan, a cardio schedule, a new weight training program every eight weeks, on–going monitoring of progress via weekly emailed feedback and pictures, and on–going contact via online access. Client requested telephone or Skype consultations, and SMS and IM access are available for an additional fee.

Julie offers a complete online coaching program so there’s no guess work. Simply – you do the work; report your feedback and progress to Julie on a weekly basis, and then she will modify any part of your plan, if/when necessary, to ensure your continued progress and top performance.
