BIO

I have always been actively involved in sports and fitness since an early age. I know first-hand how much hard work and dedication it takes to become an athlete. I am known for pushing past my physical limits daily. When I set a goal for myself, in or out of the gym, I make no excuses, I find a way to get everything done. I live this lifestyle 24/7, 365 days. There is no *off-season* for me.

 

I began my fitness journey in 2007 where I competed in the Women's Fitness Division in my home town in Manitoba. I took a few years off to work on my physique and had new goals in mind. I then switched to Women's Figure and hit the stage again in 2012 and 2013. I placed second in both shows and although I was happy with those placings I wanted to challenge myself further. When the Women's Physique Division was introduced, it sparked my interest. I decided to try my hand at that and competed in Novice again and placed second at both that show and the Provincial Championships in 2014. In 2015, I placed 6th in my National debut, and I continue today to work hard to achieve an IFBB Pro-Card!

Freak Physique System (FPS)

The FPS program has proven to be one of the most effective ways to prepare for bodybuilding, physique, women’s figure, fitness, bikini, and fitness modeling competitions, helping Freak Fitness clients earn hundreds and hundreds of physique competition top–3 awards, from Novice to Professional level, and multiple IFBB Pro cards.

Based on the information you provide in a comprehensive questionnaire regarding your competition goals, health history, lifestyle, personal preferences, and equipment available to you, Denise then prepares a complete individualized plan for you to take it to the stage – in the best shape of your life!

Denise provides a customized start up diet and supplement plan, a cardio schedule, a new weight training program every eight weeks, on–going monitoring of progress via weekly emailed feedback and pictures, and on–going contact via online access. Client requested telephone or Skype consultations, and SMS and IM access are available for an additional fee.

Denise offers a complete online coaching program so there’s no guess work. Simply – you do the work; report your feedback and progress to Denise on a weekly basis, and then she will modify any part of your plan, if/when necessary, to ensure your continued progress and top performance.
