BIO

I am an IFBB Fitness Pro and a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer with many years of experience coaching athletes. After completing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I focused on becoming a licensed paramedic. I have always loved the science of the human body and decided to change directions and move from my hometown of Winnipeg, MB to Victoria, BC to pursue a career in personal training.

Growing up, I was always involved in numerous sports but always loved rhythmic gymnastics. After retiring from rhythmic gymnastics, I felt I needed the challenge of a competition to stay motivated in the gym and decided to compete in my first bikini competition. After seeking the help from Freak Fitness and accomplishing my goal of stepping on stage, I still felt I wanted more of a challenge. I changed categories from bikini division to the fitness division utilizing my 15 years competitive rhythmic gymnastics experience. I became a 3x CBBF National Champion, placed 3rd at the IFBB Arnold Amateur, and won the title of Ms. Fitness Canada and my IFBB Pro Card in 2014.

I have a strong work ethic and competitive athletic background which helps me keep my clients motivated and on track to achieving their fitness goals! I look forward to working with you to achieve yours!

Freak Physique System (FPS)

The FPS program has proven to be one of the most effective ways to prepare for bodybuilding, physique, women’s figure, fitness, bikini, and fitness modeling competitions, helping Freak Fitness clients earn hundreds and hundreds of physique competition top–3 awards, from Novice to Professional level, and multiple IFBB Pro cards.

Based on the information you provide in a comprehensive questionnaire regarding your competition goals, health history, lifestyle, personal preferences, and equipment available to you, Brittany then prepares a complete individualized plan for you to take it to the stage – in the best shape of your life!

Brittany provides a customized start up diet and supplement plan, a cardio schedule, a new weight training program every eight weeks, on–going monitoring of progress via weekly emailed feedback and pictures, and on–going contact via online access. Client requested telephone or Skype consultations, and SMS and IM access are available for an additional fee.

Brittany offers a complete online coaching program so there’s no guess work. Simply – you do the work; report your feedback and progress to Brittany on a weekly basis, and then she will modify any part of your plan, if/when necessary, to ensure your continued progress and top performance.
